(collectively "We", "Us" or "Our"). We reserve the right, at Our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time. Your continued use of our websites following changes to these terms will signify your acceptance of the revised terms.

If any part of the terms and conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severable from the terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of the terms and conditions.

We try to ensure that all information on our websites is accurate, but we retain the right to change specifications, prices and other details where necessary without prior notice. Errors and Omissions Excepted.

Privacy Policy

There are two types of information we can collect from you. Personal data (such as names and e-mail addresses you voluntarily provide on this website, by email or by telephone) and Aggregate data (such as information about traffic patterns on this website: for example, what browser, what internet connection, what country, time, and what pages, and how many users log into this website on a daily basis).

Personal Data

We store your personal information if you provide Us with your name and contact details in person or by phone, or if you send Us personal correspondence such as e-mails or letters. We store this information so that We can contact you in relation to your enquiry, or so that We can provide you with the product or service requested, for example to let you know that your bike is repaired and ready for collection. We may collate this information into a file specific to you in order that We can organise and find it, for example as a service history for your bike.

Personal data is also collected by this website when you provide it voluntarily, for example by signing up for email newsletters, or by sending us an email. Such information is protected by means of either a password or a unique code or link, and is thus not accessible to the public. Unfortunately the sending of information via the internet is not totally secure and on occasion such information can be intercepted. We cannot guarantee the security of data that you choose to send us electronically, and sending such information is done entirely at your own risk.

We never store your credit or debit card details electronically or otherwise.

We never sell, trade, rent or otherwise share your personal information with third parties without your permission, except to cooperate with law enforcement enquires where required to do so.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 you have the right to access any information that we hold relating to you. At your request We are happy to provide you with copies of all information held about you on our systems; We reserve the right to charge a fee of £10 to cover costs incurred by us in providing you with the information.

Aggregate Data

In the course of using Our website, We automatically collect certain information from your web browser such as the URL that you just came from and what type of browser your are using. This information is not stored or linked to anything personally identifiable so you will remain anonymous to Us.

Biscuit Policy

This website also uses session "cookies" to temporarily store information. (Being British, we would prefer website cookies to be referred to as biscuits, but they never seem not to be.) A "cookie" is a small, temporary text file that almost all websites write to your hard drive for record keeping purposes when you visit them. Our website uses a cookie called PHPSESSID and it temporarily stores information you submit to e.g. the Contact Us form, and temporarily stores preferences about how Our website is displayed on your screen. This cookie is deleted automatically as soon as you close your web browser. We do not store any other information on your computer, and We do not make use of cookies for advertising or tracking, and We do not share cookies or cookie information with any third parties.

Pages which contain embedded content, for example youtube videos, may also contain cookies from their websites. Please refer to their privacy policies for further details.

Most browsers are initially set to accept cookies. If you prefer you can at any time set your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. The help function in your browser should tell you how to do this. However it is possible that some parts of the website will not function properly if you disable cookies.

Third Party Links

Where We include links to third parties on this website it does not mean that we endorse or approve that website’s policy towards visitor privacy. You may wish to review their privacy policy before sending them any personal data. We do not control these external websites, or bear any responsibility or liability for them.
