We do not arrange appointments by email. If your query is urgent we suggest you phone us instead. (When the workshop is busy we sometimes only get the chance to check our emails every couple of days, and using emails it's easy to double-book appointments by mistake, so to make an appointment for tuition, servicing or hire  it's always best to give us a phone call.)
