Independent examination and assessment of your bike

Have you found a nice bike for sale, but there are a couple of maintenance issues which need looking at? Or perhaps you'd like to sell your bike privately but you're unsure of what price to ask?

If you can bring the bicycle to Jake's Bikes we will undertake a thorough examination and provide you with a written assessment of condition, any repair work required, and approximate market value. As an anti-theft precaution we also check the bike's frame number with the Checkmend database and provide a certificate as proof.

Please contact us to arrange an appointment for the assessment to take place. It costs £10 and normally takes around twenty minutes.
